Li Zheng, female, born in 1972, Chinese, without the right of permanent abode in foreign countries, with a master's degree in accounting, a Senior Accountant, is the Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Standing Committee of the CRRC. Ms. Li served as Deputy General Manager of China National Construction & Agricultural Machinery Import & Export Corporation (CAMC), Deputy Chief Accountant and General Manager Assistant of Sinohydro Corporation Limited, Chief Accountant and Chairman of Labor Union of Sinohydro Resources Limited, and Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of PowerChina Resources Limited. Ms. Li  has been a member of the Standing Committee and CFO of the Company since October 2019.
